In de praktijk wordt er intensief samengwerkt met onze
assistentes en POH's (praktijkondersteuners huisartsen).

Het gezondheidscentrum is de hele dag telefonisch bereikbaar.
Voor het maken van een afspraak bij een van de huisartsen krijgt u een van onze assistentes aan de lijn.

Assistentes

Afspraak maken: Voor het maken van een afspraak vragen zij kort wat uw klacht betreft. Dit is om een goede inschatting te kunnen maken van de urgentie en voldoende tijd in het spreekuur in te kunnen plannen.

Wilt u meerdere klachten bespreken dan kunt u dit ook aangeven. De assistentes kijken dan of er voldoende ruimte is in het spreekuur. Het is niet mogelijk om meer dan twee klachten per keer te bespreken. Soms is het (nog) niet nodig om een afspraak op het spreekuur te maken voor een klacht, omdat deze vanzelf over kan gaan.

De assistentes kunnen u dan ook medische adviezen geven om de klacht te behandelen.

Onze assistentes hebben een eigen spreekuur.

U kunt bij hen terecht voor onder andere:

• Injecties
• Wratten aanstippen
• Hechtingen verwijderen
• Bloeddruk controle
• (Kleine) verwondingen

Daarnaast assisteren de assistentes bij chirurgische ingrepen en controleren zij urine. 

Contributors

In the practice there is intense coöperation with our assistants and practice support aids. The health centre can reached by phone all day. To make an appointment with one of the doctors you will  get one of our assistants on the phone.

Assistants

Making an appointment: to be able to make an appointment they will ask you what your complaint is. This is to be able to make a good assessment of the urgency and to be able to plan enough time during office hour.

If you want to discuss more complaints you can tell the assistants. They will see if there is enough space in the diary of the office hour. It is not possible to discuss more than two complaints in one appointment.
Sometimes it is not necessary (yet) to make an appointment for the office hour for a complaint,  as it may pass without saying.
The assistants can also give you advice how to treat a complaint.

You can contact them among others for:

• Injections
• Cryotherapy
• Removing stitches
• Checking blood pressure
• (Minor) injuries

Besides the assistants will assist during surgical procedures and they check urine.
